CEO and Executive Team
The core executive team is comprised of a Managing Director, Chief of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Sales and Marketing, Human Resources Management System Specialist, and Account Managers who oversee all contract accounts. In our construction clean-up division, we employ Project Managers with expertise in the building industry alongside a working crew.

F & L's operations are divided into four business units:

1. Janitorial: F & L's largest market is in Western Washington and includes corporate, commercial, and industrial contracts.

2. Construction Clean-Up – a subdivision of our building maintenance services. This division manages the final clean-up of construction projects to make new buildings ready for inhabitance.

3. Green Growth – this committee was established to research and develop the latest technologies and procedures in sustainable business practices. Our green division is currently working with laboratories and biochemists to develop our product line set to debut in 2013.

4. Infrastructure Development - Develops plans for community involvement, business opportunities, and people development. During an age of rapid change, F & L works hard to respond to the economic need for more companies operating with versatile infrastructures. We encourage our staff at every level to contribute to making our company great.
